10. Status Code

Code	Description
00	Success The transaction was completed successfully.
01	Pending Unknown transaction status. Merchant is required to inquire about the transaction to further confirm transaction status. Please refer to the case study in the “Pending Authorize” section.
11	Pending authorize Transaction is pending for the user to authorize. Typically the user will prompt to enter a password or payment PIN on a wallet app on mobile. Merchant is required to trigger a status inquiry to further confi rm the transaction status. Best practise is to send inquiry every 10 seconds for at least 30 seconds, if still not able to get approval status, void the payment. Please refer to the case study in the “Pending Authorize” section.
99	Failed The transaction failed.
